I ordered five interior doors and, while there were a few hiccups along the way—mainly one door being backordered and extending the lead time—my rep, Camille, kept me informed every step of the process. Her communication made the delay much easier to navigate. Now that the doors have arrived, I can honestly say they were worth the wait. The quality is great, and I really like how they look. Overall, a positive experience despite the small setback.

Shopping for doors online can be daunting. US Doors & More has a great selection of doors and they were the ONLY company that could sell me the EXACT doors that I wanted at a fair price, the Numea Double swing doors with Vented side-lites. Romeo was really helpful and responsive. He was very patient and answered all my questions. There were a few delays with my order that were beyond Romeo's control, but they were managed in time and after a short shipping delay, the doors finally arrived, in perfect condition. They are installed and work great!
