We had a rough start initially using the coring system as the knives arrived dull. Tod was good to give me guidance on sharpening them. I’ve cored a few More bowls and things are working well. Great Tool!

Much more convenient to use when marking out a radius than having to set calipers. I use it for more than just marking out tenons for my chuck jaws. I made a set of furniture coasters and used this to mark out the diameters.

The name is appropriate. This gouge smoothly roughs out wood blanks. Big shavings in green wood . Makes smooth shear scraping cuts too. I really like it.
