These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WiserReview
website, widgets, emails, integrations, and related review management tools (“Services”).
By using WiserReview, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WiserReview, you agree to follow these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information during signup.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must keep your password secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Our Services

WiserReview provides tools for:

  • Collecting customer reviews
  • Sending review request emails
  • Displaying widgets on your site
  • Managing reviews from your dashboard
  • Integrating with ecommerce platforms
  • Using AI-assisted review features

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

4. Pricing, Billing & Subscription
Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

WiserReview offers monthly and yearly paid plans.
All fees are charged in advance.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We may update pricing for monthly or yearly plans.
Any pricing update will apply at the next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

4.4 Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
  • Refund requests must be made through your dashboard or by emailing support@wiserreview.com.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10
    business days    .
  • Renewals after the initial term are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

4.5 Failed Payments

Access to paid features may be paused if payment fails and remains unresolved for
30 days.

4.6 Implementation Cost 

When our team handles the implementation, the required setup and technical work are normally covered under the highest plan.

For open-source platforms or custom site builders, each setup is different and may need extra time to review themes, modules, and checkout flows, then adjust WiserReview to fit correctly.

In such cases, pricing during the initial period may differ on an approval basis, based on the effort involved. Once setup is complete, the plan moves to standard pricing.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, including reviews, images,
messages, and data.

By using WiserReview, you give us permission to store, process, and display your
content only to deliver the Services.
If you remove content, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it, but cached or backup copies may remain.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Break any laws while using the Services
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Send spam or fraudulent messages
  • Interfere with platform security
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell WiserReview
  • Misuse integrations or APIs
  • Harass users, staff, or third parties
  • Impersonate another person or business

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

WiserReview, its code, designs, logos, and platform content are the property
of
Tatvam Cloud Solutions, Inc.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
Services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Security & HTTPS

WiserReview provides automatic HTTPS for all accounts, including custom
domains.
By using a custom domain, you authorize us to request and manage SSL certificates on your behalf.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as
is.”
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • error-free performance
  • complete security
  • data accuracy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable and secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WiserReview, its suppliers, and licensors
are not liable for:

  • special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • loss or corruption of data
  • service interruptions
  • costs of replacement services
  • any amount greater than the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our
control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tatvam Cloud Solutions, Inc. harmless from claims
or losses resulting from:

  • your use of the Services
  • your content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of another party’s rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for unpaid
fees.
You may close your account at any time.

Sections related to ownership, liability, indemnity, and warranties will remain
active after termination.

13. Account Deletion After
Inactivity

If your plan is canceled and your account remains inactive for 60 days, we may permanently delete:

  • your account
  • your data
  • your settings

We will notify you before deletion.

14. Third-Party Links

WiserReview may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
