The Advanced Filter feature in WiserReview allows you to refine the customer and product selection for review requests.
This feature enables you to collect reviews from specific customers or products based on conditions like product names, customer tags, or order data.
Steps to Set Up Advanced Filters:
1. Go to Automate Campaign
- Click ‘Automate’ under ‘Collect Reviews’ and then
- Click ‘Configure’ on the campaign you want to modify.
2. Select Trigger Source
- Select the source (e.g., WooCommerce) for the review trigger.
3. Activate Advanced Filters
- Click on Advanced filter under Set review triggers.
- Select “Collect review for certain customers or specific products.”
- This enables the option to apply specific conditions for who gets review requests.
4. Add Conditions
Select Product name or Customer from the Select type dropdown.
- Product Name: Collect Reviews for Specific Product Names.
- Customer: Collect Reviews for Specific Customer.
Key Conditions You Can Apply:
Select Condition:
- Contains: Target items that include a certain word or value.
- Equals: Match the exact value for products or customers.
- Does not contain: Exclude items with specific words.
- Does not equal: Exclude exact matches for certain conditions.
5. Save Changes
- Click “Add” to apply the filter and then save the campaign.
This enables you to target specific products or customers for review requests based on your selected conditions.
