WiserReview allows you to collect reviews on Google (and other platforms) using Review Forms combined with email automation.
This ensures that you can automatically request feedback from customers and direct them to leave reviews on Google.
1. Create review form collecting reviews on Google

1. In your WiserReview dashboard, navigate to Forms under Collect Reviews.
2. Click Add to create a new form.
3. In the Create New Form pop-up:
- Select Review Buttons (to collect reviews on external platforms like Google, Facebook,etc).
- Enter a Form Name (for internal reference).
- Enter a Slug (used in the form URL or embed code).
4. Click Create Form.
Your review form is now ready to collect reviews from your customers.
2. Customize the Review Form
1. After creating the form, click Customize next to your form.
2. Configure the buttons to link to your Google review page.
3. Optionally, you can customize the style and text of the buttons to match your brand.

3. Send Review Requests Using Email Automation

1. Navigate to “Automate” under “Collect Reviews” in your dashboard.
2. Click Configure on your campaign (e.g., WooCommerce, or other sources).
3. Set the review trigger:
- Select when the review request should be sent (e.g., after order fulfillment or a specified number of days after purchase).
4. In the email templates section:
- Include a link or button pointing to your Google Review Form created earlier.
- Optionally, customize email content for higher response rates.
5. Activate the campaign by turning Automation On.
By combining the review form with automated emails, you can streamline your Google review collection and improve customer engagement.
This setup ensures that reviews are collected consistently without manual follow-ups, while providing customers a simple way to leave feedback directly on Google.
