Import Reviews from Judge.me via CSV

You can easily migrate your Judge.me reviews (including text, images, videos, verified badge ) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Export Reviews from Judge.me

  • Log in to your Judge.me dashboard.

  • Find and click on “Export Reviews” from the side menu.

  • A CSV file will be generated. Download it to your computer.
  • This file will include review content, customer name, media (if available), product details, and more.

Judge.me includes image/media URLs in the export. WiserReview will automatically download and host these images on our servers after import.

Step 2: Upload to WiserReview – Select Judge.me

  1. Go to your WiserReview Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to: Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  3. choose Judge.me from the dropdown list, click on Integrate button.

  4. Under “Select Import Source”, choose Judge.me from the dropdown list.

  5. Click Upload CSV, and select the file you downloaded from Judge.me.

Step 3: Let WiserReview Process the Import

  • Once uploaded, WiserReview will automatically import all valid reviews, including any media files.

  • You can refresh the Manage Reviews page to see imported content.

  • If you are importing 1,000+ reviews, it may take a few minutes to complete the process.
