If you sell the same products across multiple stores—for example, one store for Bulgaria and another for Romania—Multi-Store Syndication in WiserReview lets you sync reviews between them automatically. No need to manually import or export reviews. Once connected, reviews flow between stores on their own.
Before You Start: Product ID vs SKU
This is the most important thing to understand before setting up sync.
Product ID is a system-generated number. Every platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.) creates its own unique Product ID for each product. You don’t control this, and it will always be different across stores.
SKU is a code you set manually when creating a product. You have full control over this value.
WiserReview matches products across stores using SKU, not Product ID.
Here is an example to make this clear:
| Site A (Bulgarian Store) | Site B (Romanian Store) | |
|---|---|---|
| Product | T-shirt | T-shirt (same product) |
| Product ID | 123 (system generated) | 232 (system generated) |
| SKU | xyz (set by you) | xyz (must be the same) |
Product IDs are different — that is normal and expected. But the SKU must be the same for the same product on both stores. This is how WiserReview knows that Product ID 123 on Site A and Product ID 232 on Site B are actually the same T-shirt.
If the SKU matches across stores, auto sync will work. If the SKU is different, the system will treat them as separate products and sync will not work.
Step 1: Open Multi-Store Syndication Integration

- Log in to your WiserReview dashboard.
- From the left menu, click on Integrations.
- In the search bar, type Multi Store Syndication.
- Click the Integration button next to Multi Store Syndication.
This will open the settings page for Multi-Store Syndication.
Step 2: Create or Join a Group

- You will see an option to create a group or join an existing one.
- To create a group, click on the Create button and follow the instructions. You will need to enter a store token to link your store.
- If you want to join an existing group, enter the store group token (provided by the group owner) and click Create.
This will enable WiserReview to synchronize reviews across stores that share the same SKU codes.
Step 3: Start Syncing Reviews
Once the group is created or joined, WiserReview will automatically start syncing reviews between the connected stores.
- Reviews sync automatically for all products that have the same SKU across both stores.
- Both existing reviews and any new reviews added in the future will be included in the sync.
- You can view all synced reviews in the Manage Reviews section of your dashboard.
- No manual import or export is needed. Everything stays in sync going forward.
Using AI Translation with Multi-Store Sync (Optional)
If your stores are in different languages, you can use WiserReview’s AI Translation service to show reviews in the correct language on each store.
Important: AI Translation is a separate step from syncing. Reviews are not translated automatically during sync. You translate them first, and then the translated versions get synced to the other store.
Here is how to set it up:
- Translate reviews in the source workspace. For example, Site A (Bulgarian) has original reviews in Bulgarian. Use the AI Translation service in Site A’s workspace to translate those reviews into Romanian. Now Site A has both Bulgarian (original) and Romanian (translated) reviews.
- Enable Multi-Store Sync in both workspaces. Connect Site A and Site B through the Multi Store Syndication feature as described above.
- Enable the Multi Review Translation option in Site B. This tells Site B to pull and display the translated (Romanian) versions of reviews from Site A.
After this setup, Site A (Bulgarian store) shows reviews in Bulgarian, and Site B (Romanian store) shows the same reviews in Romanian. When a new review comes in on either site, translate it using AI Translation in that workspace, and it will sync to the other store automatically.
Important Notes
- SKU must be the same across stores for the same product. This is the link that connects products between stores.
- Product ID will always be different between stores. That is normal — do not worry about it.
- If some products do not share the same SKU, you can use the Product Grouping feature to link them manually.
- The multi-sync feature is available in any Pro plan.
- AI translation is available as an add-on plan. You need to activate it in each workspace separately.
