Is the free plan really free, and what happens after 10 reviews?

Yes, the free plan is fully free. Once you reach 10 reviews, you’ll need to upgrade to collect more.

How is pricing structured for workspaces? How many sites can I add?

Pricing is per workspace. One workspace = one site or brand. You can add multiple workspaces under one account. Each workspace has its own plan and billing.

Can I import reviews (text and media) from Judge.me, Yotpo, Google, or Facebook?

Yes. We can import text, reviewer name, media files, and custom fields from these sources & other as well.

Will imported reviews show as verified?

Yes, if they come from trusted sources like Judge.me, Yotpo, Google, or Facebook.

Is multi-location support included in every plan?

Yes. All paid plans support multi-location.

Do you include custom CSS help or priority support in higher plans?

Yes. Both are included in the Exclusive AI plan.

Can I manage multiple clients/brands under one account?
