Import Reviews from Rivyo via CSV

You can easily migrate your Rivyo reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Export Reviews from Rivyo

  1. Log in to your Rivyo Dashboard.

  2. From the menu, navigate to Reviews → Export Reviews.

  3. Go to the Export tab and click Export to CSV.

  4. Save the downloaded file to your computer.

Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

  1. Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  3. In the Import Source dropdown, select Rivyo.

  4. Click Upload CSV and select the file you exported from Rivyo.

Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

  • WiserReview will automatically process your CSV file and import all reviews.

  • Any linked media (photos/videos) will be downloaded and hosted securely on WiserReview servers.

  • For imports with more than 1,000 reviews, please allow additional processing time.

  • Refresh the Manage Reviews page to see your imported reviews.
