Overview
The Product section in WiserNotify allows you to manage and view overall product-wise ratings.
Step 1. Accessing the Products Section :
- Navigate to the Products tab to see the overall product-wise rating.
Step 2. Searching for a Product :
- Use the Search bar to find a specific product by name.
Step 3. Sorting Products :
- Click on the Sort by dropdown menu to sort products based on different criteria:
- Product Name: Alphabetically by product name (A-Z or Z-A).
- Average Rating: By the average rating of the products.
- Publish Review: By the number of published reviews.
- Unpublish Review: By the number of unpublished reviews.
Step 4. Filtering by Rating :
- Use the Rating filter to filter products based on their ratings.
Step 5. Viewing Product Details :
- Click on the Eye icon in the Action column to view detailed information about the product’s reviews.
1. Product Information:
- Product Name: Displayed at the top, along with the product image.
- Status: Shows whether the reviews for the product are Enabled or Disabled.
2. Rating Breakdown:
- Average Rating: Displayed prominently with stars indicating the average rating.
- Review Count: The total number of reviews is shown below the average rating.
- Detailed Rating Breakdown: A bar chart shows the distribution of ratings from 5 stars to 1 star.
3. Review Management:
- Manage in Shopify: A button that links to the product’s review management page in Shopify.
- Disable Reviews: Click this button to disable reviews for the product if needed.
4. Review Form Link:
- Link: A specific link is provided to gather reviews for the product.
- Copy Link Button: Click this button to quickly copy the review form link to your clipboard.
5. Additional Information:
- Forms Section: A link to explore more about review forms.
Viewing Product Details :
- The products are listed with the following details:
- Product Name: The name of the product.
- Average Rating: The average rating of the product.
- Publish Review: The number of published reviews for the product.
- Unpublish Review: The number of unpublished reviews for the product.
