To display WiserReview product ratings in Google Shopping, your Google Merchant Center (GMC) account must have Product Ratings enabled. This shows up as a Reviews tab in your GMC left menu.
If the Reviews tab is missing, Google needs to enable it for you before you can submit your WiserReview feed.
Step 1: Check if the Reviews tab is available
- Log in to your Google Merchant Center account.
- In the left menu, look for Reviews → Product Reviews.
If the Reviews tab is visible: You’re ready to connect WiserReview. Continue with Connect WiserReview with Google Shopping.
If the Reviews tab is missing: Continue to Step 2 below to request access.
Step 2: Submit the Product Ratings request form
Open the Google Product Ratings request form. You’ll see a form like this:

Fill it in as follows:
- Enter your Google Merchant Center ID.
- For “Do you work with an approved third-party reviews aggregator?” — select No.
- For “Do you currently have more than 50 reviews?” — select Yes if you have at least 50 published product reviews in WiserReview.
- Submit the form.
Note: Google requires a minimum of 50 product reviews to approve Product Ratings. If you have fewer than 50, collect more reviews before submitting.
Step 3: Wait for Google approval
After submission, the Google Merchant Center team will review your request. Approval timing varies, but typically takes a few business days to a couple of weeks.
Once approved:
- The Reviews tab will appear in your Google Merchant Center.
- You can then follow the Connect WiserReview with Google Shopping guide to add your review feed.
Where to find your Google Merchant Center ID
Your Merchant Center ID is in the top-right corner of your GMC dashboard, displayed under your business name.
