New canonical article covering:
(1) natively collected reviews are always feed-eligible;
(2) imported reviews are eligible only if imported within 60 days of workspace creation AND carry an Order/Transaction ID verified against store order history;
(3) always excluded: third-party platform imports (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Trustpilot), Chrome-extension scraped reviews, cross-store synced reviews, rating-only reviews;
(4) unpublishing hides a review from the storefront; reviews unpublished for a Google content-policy reason are also excluded from the feed.
