How to Send Bulk Review Requests Using a CSV File

WiserReview lets you upload customer and order details through a CSV file and send product review requests to past customers in bulk.

1. Create a Bulk Review Request Campaign

1. Log in to your WiserReview account.

2. Go to Automate > Manual.

3. Under Product review email, click Send bulk review requests.

2. Customize the Email Template

1. Update the email subject and message.

2. Select the WiserReview form customers will use.

3. Choose the review request type.

4. Enable any other options you need.

5. Check the email preview.

6. Click Next.

3. Upload Your Customer CSV

1. Enter a campaign name.

2. Upload your CSV file. You can also download the example CSV to check the required format.

3. Click Upload & continue.

4. Map the CSV Fields

Match each CSV column with the correct WiserReview field. Make sure required fields such as First name, Email, and Product ID are mapped correctly.

Columns that are not mapped will be skipped.

After checking the field mapping, click Next.

Important: Do not add multiple Product IDs or Product Names in the same CSV cell using commas.

For example, if you enter 699, 763 in the Product ID column, WiserReview treats the complete value as one Product ID. Since no product has the ID 699, 763, the submitted review will not link to either product.

If a customer purchased two products in the same order, add a separate CSV row for each product. You can use the same customer and order details in both rows.

5. Review and Launch the Campaign

1. Check the customer list and product details.

2. Use Preview to review each customer’s email.

3. Check the final email preview on desktop and mobile.

4. Send a test email if needed.

5. Click Launch campaign.

WiserReview will send a separate review request for each valid CSV row.
