Buyer Beware! I am giving 1 star because the process is deceptive. I will update if they come through with their risk-free guarantee. It was not clear when purchasing the ESA letter that I would be charged a $14.99 monthly service, that I absolutely do not want or need. The website currently says "save $14.99 a month". There is no customer service number and my attempts at a chat on their site were unsuccessful.

Absolute waste of time. Karen was incredibly rude and said “we can’t do anything for you” in a rude tone as soon as I got on the phone. We’ve had this dog for 7 years and protects us everyday and helps with anxiety and this company shut us down immediately before we could even speak. A joke. Do not use. Sorry I don’t have a doctors note about mental health.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. My ESA letter was ultimately rejected, which made the whole process feel pointless. On top of that, I was not offered any refund despite the failure. Customer support did not provide a clear explanation or solution.
