Great review plugin with a clean interface
We’ve been using WiserReview on our WooCommerce store and have had a very good experience. The review widgets look clean and professional, and the separate dashboard makes it easy to manage customer reviews. There are also plenty of customization options, and the pricing is reasonable. Support has been helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Recommended for WooCommerce stores looking for a flexible review solution.
We came from judge.me
We came from judge.me , which suddenly dumped us along with WooCommerce with little warning. For a long time, we searched for a viable alternative, but without success. We ran into the most unimaginable problems. No software seemed to accommodate all of judge.me’s features. Then one day we came across this plugin, which immediately struck me as easy to use and offered similar functionality to the previous one. I imported 9,000 reviews with ease. Over time, I’ve also provided some suggestions I’ve carried over from the previous plugin, and currently the structure is almost perfect. We’re on the right track. Thanks for everything.
Easy import and great features

Highly rated Review App
Following being forced to change providers following JudgeMe’s announcement that they are abandoning Woocommerce users to play with Spotify, we checked out WiserReview. From the outset, it was clear that the developers of this review app had woocommerce central to their growth plan, and have consistently upgraded and improved both performance and features over the last 6 months. It is now without doubt many times better than JudgeMe ever was (or pretended to be), and each month new features and rollouts continue to happen. There is an incredible depth to the customisation that is offered, and their support is fast and efficient. I am so pleased that we were edged out of the JudgeMe space and into thew WiserReview space. Congrats on an awesome job guys. Keep it up!

While searching for an alternative to Judge.me, I discovered WiserReview, and it has been a fantastic find. The support team is exceptional, and the widgets are highly customizable with a great range of options. Most importantly, the plugin is extremely fast and lightweight; it provides all the necessary features without adding bloat or slowing down the product pages. Highly recommended for anyone prioritizing performance.
Filled a huge gap!
We were using judge.me and upon sunsetting late 2025 we were scrambling for a similar solution.. which was honestly suprisingly hard to find, with a goal of ours being external hosting so we didn’t have to burden our server with UGC. We went with Stamped.io and had issues at every turn. After 5 months I was fedup and figured a self-hosted situation would be worth not having to deal with the stamped nightmares. In that search I came across WiserReviews, it seemed like everything I wanted but was still very young so was concerned about bugs etc, but reviews looked good so I figured I’d trial it out… One week in and I can’t recommend it enough!! Your search for a review plugin stops at WiserReviews. Support (from Krunal) is something to marvel!!!

Fantastic All Round
When the popular Judge.me strangely decided to stop supporting woocommerce we did our research for a replacement and found WiserReviews. Its still a new plugin but what is on offer so far is as good as and in some cases better than Judge.me The development team are actively listening to feedback and adding new features all the time too. Integration is easy and the look and feel on our store is modern and excellent. Support it fast too. KEEP GOING
Perfect so far
We had to find an alternative to Judgeme. After trying out Klaviyo Reviews and Reviews.io, we decided to give Wiser a shot. Great price and just the right amount of features (Klaviyo seemed unfinished, Reviewsio was overkill, both in price and features). So far Wiser was the perfect choice! Does everything Judgeme did, has more widgets and stuff, and multiple accounts are easier to manage (all in the same dashboard). Krunal has been great with support and it seems the team is adding new features almost every day. We’ve been using it for 2 weeks now, so it’s a bit early, but so far it’s going great.

I have tried a lot of different review plugins since Judge.me quit serving WordPress users. This is by far the best one I’ve found. Good job, and I hope you do well with this business.
So much Cleaner and Better than Judge.me
Really impressed with this Plug In. Judge.me was good, but the out of the box template, ease of use, functionality and customer service (non AI chat bot that I could tell) are worth the $10 per month.
Great replacement for Judge.me users

Excellent app plus excellent support
Excellent reviews plugin, setting up review request email templates was straight forward, and can be edited to match your website brand. Importing reviews from judge me was a quick process. Any problems that may arise are handled effectively via support. There are a selection of integrations available. I highly recommend WiserReview to anyone considering making a switch from another review plugin.
Very good app and exceptional support
I’m using this app for 2 weeks now and it’s very useful. Lots of useful features and very easy to configure. The design is editable and you can set it to match your brand. The support is exceptional. I needed a few changes and they fixed it within a few hours, without any guidance from me. Everything went smoothly through the chat in the dashboard. I recommend it with all confidence!
Way better then judge.me
Absolutely love this reviews plugin. I had been using judge.me for years and got word they were shutting down their service for woocommerce so had to find a replacement. i pretty much looked at and tested every option out there and Wiser Reviews was by far the best replacement. Everything went smooth on the integrations(has tons of integrations available, klaviyo, etc), migrations of old reviews from judge.me, and everything else. Very impressed with this plugin and would highly recommend.
The way forward for Woocommerce reviews
After the retirement of Judge.me from the Woo ecosystem, I feel this is the only service that is on par with quality, if not even better. Support is very available. Krunal is very kind.
Appears to be the best option post Judge.me closure
Definitely needs a bit of work to be on par with what judge.me offered, but, it is the best option out there that is a fair price (I’m currently on the $19/month plan). Set-up is easy and the developer is pretty fast to respond. Nice clean and modern look for the review widgets. To the plugin developer, I would recommend just copying and building out the functionality of Judge.me before investing your time in other areas. If you can achieve that then I am certain the app will take-off and be the go-to review app for Woocommerce.
Congratulations — the only good replacement to Judge.me
I was disappointed to hear that Judge.me is no longer supporting WooCommerce. I tested several plugins, until I ran into this one. WiserReview is incredible. After just 1 hour of testing, I can see this plugin is going to be very successful — as it has all the important features that you would need in a review plugin. The developer did an amazing job here. I am eager to start using this plugin on my live site soon.

After they removed tech support from the previous platform, I switched to WiserReview and I’m satisfied. The integration is smooth, importing reviews is seamless, and most importantly, the support is quick, friendly, and always resolves any questions or doubts. I recommend it.
Absolutely brilliant. Best Judge.me replacement
For many years we’ve been using the free Judge.me review plugin and system for WooCommerce. We were always a little surprised JM provided such a good system for free. Now that JM is ceasing support for WooCommerce I did an extensive search into the top alternatives. That’s when I discovered the relatively new Wiser Review app and plugin. It ticks all the requirements we had, and many more. Now that I’ve gone through the process of setting up Wiser Review I can say without any hesitation it is vastly superior to what Judge.me were offering. At first I was a little resistant to having to pay US$19 a month for Wiser, after using JM for so many years freely. But now I can say this relatively nominal fee is not an issue for us . Wiser provides such a wide range of features, with excellent options for creating custom widgets, etc. The UX is brilliant. So far, all aspects of Wiser are proving to be miles ahead of Judge.me. I am truly impressed. UPDATE (20251030) : Now that I’ve had a lot more time getting into the finer details of Wiser, and I even more impressed than I was originally. Every time I think “Oh, I wish it could do this …” I discover it can. E.g. Including Custom CSS and JS on every widget, and other refinements such as being able to specify the default option on the Sort By drop down selector one can display on many of the widgets. I’ve been developing and using WordPress since it was first released (over 2 decades ago), and developing in WooCommerce since it was first released. I can confidently say Wiser is easily in the Top Five on my list of the most polished and well thought out plugins (or services) I’ve encountered for WP/WC.
From Judge me to Wiser
So like alot of people I was a judge me user until recently. Then the sad news of them stopping support. I tried 3 different review apps until I stumbled on WiserReview. The pricing comparatively is very appealing. The support has been good, especially considering how many users Wiser is happening to onboard now. What’s also nice is that they have a feature recommendation page where you can submit your ideas and time will tell if they do the updates, but I think they will. I have strong hopes for this company. Don’t overlook this app!!
Great support
We moved from Judge.me and like many others were looking for a solid alternative. Wiser Reviews has been brilliant. The support team has been so helpful during setup – always quick to respond and even added a new setting we asked for. The import process was easy and everything is now running smoothly on our site. Amazing Transfer from Judge.me
Krunal from Wiser Review has been great as we were looking to move from Judge.me. Their platform is easy to funtion and looks great on the website! Great judge.me alternative, great and fast support
Judge.me will stop, so I looked for an alternative. Wiser is pretty new, but I gave it a chance. Some bugs needed to be resolved, but afte one week we are up and running. Import process is quick and easy. Support is fast and available via chat.
