Two brands. 25+ storefronts. One operator keeping reviews flowing.
How ADEX runs Hester and Premium House as two separate review ecosystems, each synced across 14+ European country stores, with automated per-country language, sender email, widgets, and Google Shopping feed, all from one WiserReview dashboard.

ADEX is a Vilnius-based ecommerce group that has spent the last five years building direct-to-consumer storefronts across Europe. The group runs two brands that stay independent of each other. Hester sells a line of window cleaning robots (the Hester M3 and M2-PRO) through 14 localized country storefronts, from hesterpro.com for the global market to hesterpro.de in Germany, hester.fr in France, robotyhester.pl in Poland, and hester.lv in Latvia. Premium House sells household appliances (window cleaning robots, air fryers, accessories) through 10 more localized sites including premiummajas.lv, superkodu.ee, mojpremiumdom.pl, maisonpremium.fr, and mypremiumhouse.com. Twenty-four country storefronts plus their global landing sites, all on WooCommerce, each with its own WiserReview plugin install. Hester reviews sync inside the Hester network. Premium House reviews sync inside the Premium House network. The two brands are not linked internally. A single operator runs the entire review stack.
Two brands. 24 country WooCommerce installs. A small operations team. Reviews that had to behave per-country without anyone touching each store by hand.
Before WiserReview, every country storefront built its review history in isolation on Judge.me. A newly launched Hester market like hester.at or hesterpro.ch looked thinly reviewed on day one, even though the same robot had years of feedback on every other Hester country store. The same shape of problem repeated inside the Premium House network. On top of that, each country needed its own language for the review request email, its own sender address (French buyers expect French copy from a French sender, not a Lithuanian one), its own widget localization, and its own Google Shopping reviews feed. Twenty-four installs, each a mini operation. Running that by hand would need a whole team.
Two separate brand ecosystems, 24 country stores, one operator. The review stack had to automate the country-level details so the team could stay small.
“Each brand stays its own ecosystem. Within that ecosystem, language, sender, widget, and Shopping feed localize per country, automatically.”
WiserReview reads the order's country and applies the right language on the review request email, the right sender address for that country, the right widget localization on the PDP, and the right Google Shopping reviews feed, without ADEX touching each store manually. Hester and Premium House run side by side in the same WiserReview account but stay two separate review ecosystems. What lands inside the Hester network stays inside the Hester network. The same for Premium House.
Why ADEX picked WiserReview
Per-brand sync across country stores
Hester reviews sync inside the Hester network only. A review left on hesterpro.de shows up on hester.fr, hester.se, and every other Hester country store. Premium House syncs separately across its own country stores. The two brands are never mixed.
Smart language + sender detection
Every WooCommerce order's country is detected automatically. The review request email goes out in that country's language, from a country-specific sender address, so French buyers receive French copy from a French sender and German buyers receive German from a German sender.
Google review schema + per-country Shopping feed
Every PDP emits rich-snippet review schema for local Google search results. Each country store pushes its own reviews feed to Google Shopping, so Polish reviews land on the Polish Shopping feed and German reviews land on the German one.
AI moderation, translation, and video reviews
Every new review runs through AI checks for spam, abuse, and fake-review patterns. Review text translates for viewers in other languages on display. Customers submit text, photo, and video reviews from any country store.
One operator, 25+ stores, one dashboard
Widget styles, review form text, email templates, moderation queues, and reporting all live in one WiserReview dashboard. The plugin is installed on each WooCommerce store (24 installs in total) with configuration consolidated server-side, so one operator runs the entire review stack.
Migration from Judge.me, per-brand, per-country
ADEX moved off Judge.me on every Hester and Premium House storefront. Each WooCommerce store got its own WiserReview plugin install, its country configuration (language, sender email, widget style, Google Shopping feed), and its Judge.me history imported with ratings and dates intact. Hester and Premium House stayed as two independent review ecosystems throughout the move.
2 to 3 minutes of configuration per storefront. Hester and Premium House run as independent review ecosystems, each with full country-level automation.
Review widgets across 25+ stores, localized per country
Inside each brand's network, a review placed on any country store appears across the rest of that brand's country stores. Widget UI, review form text, rating labels, search and sort controls render in each country's local language. Star ratings, full review sections, testimonial walls, carousel widgets, and video reviews are all supported on every store.
Star rating under the product title and the full review section below, shown on every Hester country store. The same verified review appears on hesterpro.com, hester.fr, hesterpro.de, and every other Hester country site, localized for each country's language and currency. Premium House never sees these reviews.
Star rating and review count under the product title on a hesterpro.com PDP.
- Star rating and review count under product titles on every PDP
- Full review section with filters, search, and sort, localized per country
- Review form text customizable per country (placeholder, labels, submit button)
- Text, photo, and video reviews supported on every store
- Testimonial wall and carousel widgets available across the network
- Rich-snippet schema on every PDP for local Google search results
- Per-country Google Shopping reviews feed
Fully automated, country-aware review collection
Every WooCommerce order on any ADEX country store triggers the review flow, and every step is country-aware. Language, sender, moderation, translation, and display all adapt without a human touching each store.
Country-aware from the first email to the final widget. One person runs the entire 25-store operation because the automation does the per-country work at every step.
One dashboard, 25+ country-localized Google Shopping feeds
Each of the 25+ ADEX country stores pushes its own reviews feed to Google Shopping for its country. Every PDP emits review schema (aggregate rating plus individual review markup) for local Google search results, so Polish reviews land on robotyhester.pl's Polish Shopping feed and its Polish SERP, German reviews land on hesterpro.de's German feed and German SERP, and the same across every other country. Hester and Premium House both run this independently inside their own networks.
25+ country-localized Google Shopping feeds. One review schema standard on every PDP. Two brands, two independent ecosystems.
A real HESTER review
In my spacious living room, I have five wall mirrors, each measuring 3.5 X 8.5 ft. Despite living here for three years, I've put off cleaning them until now. Additionally, I have three sliding glass doors. After researching robotic window washers, I opted for this one based on the seller's reputation and product reviews. Interestingly, the Gecko was one of the most affordable options available. Upon receiving the Gecko, I immediately set it to work on the mirrors and was amazed at the fantastic results.
The same verified review appears on every Hester country store. Premium House runs as its own separate review ecosystem.

About this case study
What does ADEX do?
ADEX is a Vilnius-based ecommerce group that runs two direct-to-consumer brands across Europe. Hester sells window cleaning robots (Hester M3 and M2-PRO) through 14 localized country storefronts. Premium House sells household appliances through 10 more. Every site runs on WooCommerce, and each country store has its own WiserReview plugin install. The two brands are not linked internally.
Do reviews from Hester show up on Premium House stores?
No. Hester and Premium House are two separate review ecosystems inside the same WiserReview account. Reviews sync across Hester country stores only. Premium House reviews sync across Premium House country stores only. The two brands are never mixed.
How does WiserReview sync reviews across Hester country stores?
Inside the Hester network, a review left on any one Hester country store appears on every other Hester country store for the same product, with the widget localized for each country's language and currency. Premium House runs the same pattern independently inside its own network.
How does the review request language get picked per country?
Every WooCommerce order's country is detected automatically. The review request email goes out in that country's language, so a buyer on hesterpro.de receives the email in German and a buyer on robotyhester.pl receives it in Polish, without ADEX configuring each store by hand.
Can each country store use its own sender email address?
Yes. Each country store sends review invitations from a country-specific sender address. French buyers receive copy from a French sender, German buyers from a German sender, and so on across all 24 localized country stores.
Does every country store get its own Google Shopping reviews feed?
Yes. Each of the 25+ country storefronts pushes its own reviews feed to Google Shopping for its country. Polish reviews land on the Polish Shopping feed, German reviews on the German one, and the same across every other country.
What types of reviews can customers submit?
Customers can submit text, photo, and video reviews on any ADEX country store. Every submission runs through AI moderation for spam, abuse, and fake-review patterns before it goes live.
How does AI moderation and review translation work?
AI moderation checks every new review for spam, abuse, and fake-review patterns automatically. Review text stays in the language it was written in, and translates for viewers in other languages on display so shoppers always see reviews in their own language.
How does one person manage reviews across 25+ ADEX storefronts?
Widget styles, review form text, email templates, sender addresses, moderation, and reporting all live in one WiserReview dashboard. The plugin is installed on each WooCommerce store, but configuration is consolidated server-side so a single operator runs the entire 25-store review stack without touching each site individually.

Running multiple brands across multiple countries?
WiserReview automates per-country review collection, moderation, and display so one person can run a 25-store operation across brands.
