Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free. Sign up, verify your email and copy your referral link.

How long does the cookie last?

45 days. If someone opens another affiliate's link before signing up, the most recent link counts. For installs from an app marketplace like Shopify, Wix or BigCommerce, they need to open your link in the same browser first, and their account must be no more than 7 days old when it is linked to you.

How and when do I get paid?

In USD to PayPal. Request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches $50. Commission on a first purchase or plan change is available 30 days after the payment; renewals are available right away.

What does not earn commission?

Free plans, free trials, add-ons, failed or test payments, development stores and payments in a currency other than USD. The store must buy its first paid plan within 60 days of signing up, and refunds reverse the commission for that payment.

Can I refer my own store?

No. Referring yourself, your own businesses or accounts you control is not allowed.
