A treat!

Yes, it's pricey, but given that whole lobsters aren't cheap, you have to cook them, and extract the meat, this is a great deal. Claws and knuckles are the sweetest by far.

Easy and delicious. We sauteed and added to pasta as a side dish to our tails!

Claw and Knuckle Lobster Meat

We recently purchased claw and knuckle lobster meat from ShopLobster. The ordering process was simple, the delivery was on time, the lobster was packaged well along with different recipes to utilize the lobster. We cooked a pound of the lobster last night and it was excellent.

Lent Never Tasted So Good — Lobster in My Gumbo

Five stars, no question. This lobster was fresh, flavorful, and so tender it practically melted into my Lenten gumbo. If you're skipping meat for Lent, this lobster is exactly what your gumbo needs. Buy it. You won't regret it.

One suggestion

Having never before ordering frozen raw lobster meat it would be helpful to a customer, maybe a Neophyte like me, if you would include cooking instructions in the package. .. . After a frantic call to you after hours and a call to my Sister in Massachusetts, I sauteed the pieces in a covered frying pan with a little butter for 6 minutes and they turned out great. .. I did get a message back from a very nice lady later following up following up on my call later in the evening. .. All good and thanks

Raw lobster is the way to go

I love cooking this lobster from raw state. No more chewing lobster, taste fresh as I remember at Sea Point in Kittery. I live in Montana now and your raw lobster is the best ! Thank you
