Frozen solid, always on time and always delicious!
I've ordered from Shop Lobster on so many occasions it's hard to keep track. I'm not quite sure how I stumbled upon this company in the first place but I'm glad I did. The product is always shipped as advertised arriving always on time and with the cooling packs still frozen solid (as well as the Lobster Tails)! I order lobster tails in 25 pound increments for all occasions and personal use. On July 4 of 2025 I lost my spouse of nearly 37 years and at the celebration of life we served the lobster tails at the function. The simplicity in preparation and the absolutely fresh sweet flavor is absolutely mentionable and recommendable. I've traveled all over the world as a flight crewmember and also as a passenger on many, many cruise ships and I've never tasted lobster tails as good as the ones that shop lobster sells. I wouldn't presume to tell anybody how to cook their lobsters or in this case lobster tails, but four minutes in the air fryer after popping the meat out of the shell is the easiest preparation imaginable. A little bit of butter and you're good to go. On an aside, the packaging is above and beyond any shipping packaging I have ever seen. The company obviously takes great care of the product and they take great pride in their work, and it shows. Thank you Nick Perreault and all of your employees who works so hard to make your product and your company the most pleasurable experience and everything from purchasing to consumption!

Incredible Company
Customer service 5 stars…. .my wife was going thru radiation and eating Maine lobster was on her bucket list. I ordered late but they made sure my order came in for Mother’s Day. Captain Nick 5 stars…. he personally contacted me and voiced his concerns for my wife and made sure lobster would arrive on time Packaging 5 stars…. i wasn’t home when lobster arrived. It set on my front door for 2 hours in 94 degree temperature. When I opened cooler the lobster was as frozen as if it just came out of freezer. Quality of lobster 5 stars…. .unbelievable and extremely meaty. Shocked at how much better than grocery store bought lobster Wife’s joy and smile…. .1000 stars…. .All because of this company’s effort! Thank you Captain Nick and ShopLobster. 1020 star rating from us…. .Cal

Perfect as always
I'm always thrilled when I receive my lobster tails from shop lobster. The care they take in packaging/shipping is almost to beyond the comprehensible with their attention to detail. The chill packs are never even slightly defrosted and the product is as frozen as it has ever been. Back in September we had my spouses celebration of life in Tavernier Florida and the lobster tails made it such a great success in the food department. If you haven't used them before try them you'll be satisfied!

Excellent each time
I’ve ordered these lobster tails three or four times now, and the quality has been consistently outstanding. Every order arrives on time and is packaged extremely well, keeping everything fresh and cold. The lobster tails are generously sized, meaty, and cook up beautifully. The flavor is rich and sweet on its own—honestly so good that butter isn’t even necessary. This has become my go-to source for lobster tails, whether for a special occasion or just a great meal at home. Highly recommend!
