Hi Shannon, thanks for speaking with us by phone. We’re sorry your printer stopped working. When we went through it together, we found the printer was the problem, not the cartridges. If you get a new printer, call us and we’ll help you find the right ink for it.

A great option…
As the economy continues to hold consumers hostage and the cost of goods and services continue to rise for everyday needs, Swift Ink is a great option for those seeking an alternative to buying OEM HP ink cartridges. It worked straight out of the box and works as good as the original. Highly recommend to try instead of paying about $200 to replace the original ink cartridges. Thanks, Swift Ink!
