AI Review Stories turns your customer reviews into an interactive story-style widget. It can highlight top reviews, common feedback, review scores, and AI-generated review summaries directly on your product pages.
Follow the steps below to set it up.
Step 1: Open AI Review Stories
1. Log in to your WiserReview Dashboard.
2. Go to Widgets from the left menu.
3. Under Product-specific review widgets, find AI Review Stories.
4. Click Configure.
You will now see the AI Review Stories editor and widget preview.
Step 2: Customize the Widget
Use the settings on the left side to control how the widget looks and which reviews appear.
Color
Open Color to change the widget colors, including:
- Background
- Title
- Subtitle
- AI icon
- Border
- Border radius
- Shadow
Filter Reviews
Open Filter Reviews to choose which reviews should appear in your stories.
You can filter reviews by:
- Review source
- Review tags
- Advanced filters
Layout
Open Layout to select the widget layout and customize the badge shown on your page.
You can update:
- Badge title
- Subtitle
- Review count
- Branding
For example, you can use a title such as See what shoppers say.
Stories
Open Stories to choose which story cards you want to display.
Available options can include:
- Reviews analyzed
- Most mentioned
- The score
- Top review 1
- Top review 2
- Top review 3
You can also drag the options to change their display order.
Note: AI Review Stories are shown for products with 10 or more reviews.
AI Summary
Use the AI Summary section to control the AI-generated review summary displayed inside the widget.
You can preview the widget with sample data before using your actual reviews.
Language
Open Language and select the language you want to use for the widget.
For multilingual websites, you can also configure the widget for different site languages.
Custom Code
If required, you can add your own Custom CSS or Custom JavaScript.
Enable the required option, add your code, and click Save.
Preview Your AI Review Stories
Click the badge in the preview to open the complete story experience.
Step 3: Install AI Review Stories on Your Website
Once your widget is ready:
1. Click Install at the top of the editor.
2. The Embed your review widget window will open.
You will see two code snippets.
1. Add the WiserReview Pixel
Copy the first code snippet and add it before the closing </body> tag of your website.
You only need to add the WiserReview pixel once. If it is already installed on your website, you do not need to add it again.
2. Add the AI Review Stories Widget Code
Copy the second code snippet and paste it where you want the AI Review Stories widget to appear on your product page.
Before adding the code, replace:
SET_YOUR_PRODUCT_ID_HERE
with the actual product ID from your website.
Each product page must pass its correct product ID so WiserReview can load the reviews linked to that product.
Save or publish your website changes and open one of your product pages.
The AI Review Stories badge should appear in the position where you added the widget code. Click the badge to confirm that the review stories open correctly.
