The Floating Popup displays customer reviews in a small popup on your website to build trust and increase conversions.
Step 1: Open Floating Popup
Go to Widgets → Floating Popup → Manage.
Step 2: Create a Widget
Click Add Widget and select a popup template.
Step 3: Name and Create
Enter a widget name and click Create.
Step 4: Customize the Design
Adjust your popup appearance using:
- Colors
- Layouts
- Cards
- Popups
- Language
- AI Highlights
Use the live preview to see changes instantly.
Step 5: Select Reviews
Under Filter Reviews, choose:
- Review sources (Google, Trustpilot, Review Form, etc.)
- Review tags
- Advanced filters
This lets you control which reviews appear in the popup.
Step 6: Preview
Switch between:
- Sample Data
- Real Data
You can also preview the widget on desktop and mobile devices.
Step 7: Install on your website
Click Install to copy the widget code.
Step 8: Publish
Paste the widget code on your website and verify that it appears correctly.

- Show your best 4★ and 5★ reviews.
- Use tags to highlight specific customer feedback.
- Match the popup colors with your brand.
- Check the mobile preview before publishing.
