Go to the WiserReview dashboard then.
Display Widgets → Sidebar Snippet → Click “Manage”.
Step 1: Customize Your Sidebar Widget
You can control everything from content filtering to layout and design. Here are all the available options:
Filter Reviews
- Review Source: Show reviews from Email, Form, Imported, or All
- Tags: Filter using review tags (e.g., Support, Product A)
- Advanced Filters: Filter by star rating, review date, content type
Sidebar Tab Settings
- Position: Left or Right side of screen
- Tab Text: Customize label (e.g., “★ Reviews”)
- Color, Font, Icon: Match your brand
- Behavior: Always visible, click to expand review panel.
Layouts
- Choose grid or list display.
- Adjust spacing, mobile responsiveness, and panel width.
Cards
- Choose what displays in each review: reviewer name, photo, title, text, date, star rating, source icon.
- Toggle photo/name visibility.
- Customize star styles.
Popups
- Enable click-to-expand view for longer reviews.
- Optional for deeper reading without clutter.
Color Options
- Set primary colors, backgrounds, text colors, and hover states.
- Match brand theme easily.
AI Highlights
Highlight important words or phrases inside customer reviews so shoppers can quickly notice key feedback.
You can also change the highlight background and font colors to match your widget design.
Rich Snippet
Enable rich snippet schema for the widget to help search engines understand your review data.
Add your website name and URL, then select the correct schema type for your site or product pages.
AI Design
Describe the style you want for your Sidebar widget, such as colors, card shape, or overall look.
AI will apply the design for you, which helps you customize the widget faster without changing each setting manually.
AI Summary
Use AI to group common review topics and create a short summary of what customers are saying.
You can also choose to hide the AI summary when a product has fewer than a set number of reviews.
Step 2: Install the Sidebar Widget
Click the Install button.
