Import your existing Etsy reviews into WiserReview in a few clicks. Once connected, WiserReview imports your Etsy reviews and keeps them synced automatically, so you can display them across your website.
Step 1: Open the Etsy integration
1. Log in to your WiserReview Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Manage Reviews.
3. Click Import in the top-right corner.
4. From the list of available integrations, select Etsy and click on Integration.
Step 2: Connect your Etsy account
1. Click Connect with Etsy.
2. You’ll be redirected to Etsy.
3. Sign in to your Etsy account if prompted.
4. Click Allow Access to authorize WiserReview.
After authorization, you’ll be redirected back to WiserReview.
Step 3: Import your reviews
Once your Etsy shop is connected:
1. Your Etsy shop will appear in the Account Details section.
2. Click Sync Reviews (or Import Reviews, depending on your account).
3. WiserReview will begin importing your existing Etsy reviews.
Also, you can import Etsy reviews manually.
1. Go to your Etsy account, open Settings, and click Options.
2. Open the Download Data tab.
3. Scroll down and click the Download Your Reviews button.
4. Add the file below.
Etsy does not provide product identifiers, so imported reviews start unassigned — you can link them to products afterward. Accepts .json
The first import may take a few minutes, depending on the number of reviews in your store.
Once the first sync completes, your imported reviews will appear in Manage Reviews.
