Use the Ask to Revise feature to invite a customer to update or improve their existing review.
This is useful when a customer shares feedback, resolves an issue, or wants to add more details after their original review.
How It Works
When you send a review update request:
- The customer receives an email from your store.
- The email contains a unique review update link.
- The customer clicks the button in the email.
- They can edit their existing review, rating, photos, videos, or comments.
- The updated review is saved in WiserReview and reflected on your website.
