Add product recommendations to WiserReview emails

Product recommendations let you show selected products inside your WiserReview emails. This helps bring customers back to your store after they leave a review, verify a review, ask a question, or receive a reply.

When enabled, WiserReview adds a product block at the bottom of the email. The block can include product images, product names, ratings, and a Buy Now button.

Where product recommendations appear

You can show product recommendations in these review email alerts:

  • Review publish email
  • Store owner reply email
  • Question answer email
  • Review verification email
  • Order fulfillment review request email

Each email template has its own Show product recommendations option, so you can turn it on only where you want.

Best practices

Use product recommendations in emails to customers who have already had a positive interaction with your store, such as after their review is published or after you reply to them.

Keep the block title short and clear. Good examples:

  • You may also like
  • Recommended for you
  • We think you’d like
  • Shop more favorites

Use 2 or 3 products for a clean email layout. Too many products can make the email feel crowded.
