Automatically share selected customer reviews on Facebook and Instagram using WiserReview’s Social Push feature — a powerful way to boost trust and engagement with minimal effort.
Step 1: Connect Your Facebook & Instagram Accounts
From the WiserReview dashboard, go to the UGC section in the left sidebar.
In the Marketing and Social area, click Login with Facebook to connect both:
- Your Facebook business page
- Your Instagram business account (linked to Facebook)
Step 2: Confirm Account Connection
Once connected successfully, you’ll see:
- ✅ Connected label next to each account
- The names of your connected Facebook and Instagram pages
- Option to Disconnect if needed.
Now your WiserReview account is ready to auto-share reviews to your social pages.
Step 3: Set Up Social Push Rules & Customize Posts
Under Social Push, click Set up review sharing
Define your sharing rules:
- Minimum Rating (e.g., only 4-star+ reviews)
- Optionally require photos or limit to verified buyers
Customize how the post looks for:
You can choose Auto-post or use manual post buttons.
