WiserReview does not directly export reviews from Amazon, and Amazon does not provide a native review export option.
You can use a third-party Chrome extension to export Amazon reviews into a CSV file. Once the CSV is ready, you can import those reviews into WiserReview and display them on matching product pages.
How it works
1. Export Amazon reviews using a Chrome extension.
2. Download the reviews as a CSV file.
3. Upload the CSV file into WiserReview.
4. Map the reviews to the correct product.
5. Imported reviews will appear in your WiserReview widgets.
Step 1: Install the Chrome extension
1. Open the Chrome Web Store.
2. Search for an Amazon review exporter extension.
3. Click Add to Chrome.
4. Open the extension from the Chrome extension icon.
5. Sign in if the extension asks for access.
Step 2: Export reviews from Amazon
1. Log in to your Amazon seller account.
2. Open the Amazon product page you want to export reviews from.
3. Click the Chrome extension icon.
4. Select review filters if available, such as rating, recent reviews, or verified purchase.
5. Click Export reviews.
6. Download the CSV file.
Step 3: Import reviews into WiserReview
1. Open your WiserReview account.
2. Go to Manage Reviews.
3. Click Import Reviews.
4. Select Amazon and click on integration.
5. Upload the Amazon reviews CSV file.
6. Click on upload & continue.
Step 4: Match reviews with products
To show reviews on product pages, WiserReview needs a matching product value.
- Click Select Product, then assign the review to the product. (You can search for products by product name)
- Then click on import.
See your imported reviews in the manage review section.
Reviews are not showing on the product page
Make sure the imported reviews are linked to the correct product ID or SKU.
