Import Reviews from Facebook

Connect your Facebook business page and automatically import reviews into WiserReview. Keeps your Facebook reviews synced and visible on your website.

🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility

Reviews imported from third-party platforms are stored separately and excluded from the Google Product Ratings feed, per Google’s partner content policy. They still display on your storefront and inside your widgets. To syndicate to Google Shopping, collect reviews natively through WiserReview’s email request or on-site form.

You can directly import and sync reviews from your Facebook business page into WiserReview. Once connected, reviews will be pulled automatically and kept up to date.

Step 1: Connect Your Facebook Profile

  1. In your WiserReview Dashboard, go to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  2. Under 3rd Party Platforms, select Facebook → Integration.

  3. Click Login with Facebook.

  4. Authorize WiserReview to access your Facebook business account.

Step 2: Select Pages to Sync

  1. After logging in, WiserReview will display your available Facebook business pages.

  2. Select the page(s) you want to sync reviews from.

  3. Save your settings.

Step 3: Automatic Review Sync

  • Once connected, WiserReview will automatically fetch and import reviews from your selected Facebook pages.

  • New reviews left on your Facebook page will sync automatically into WiserReview without manual upload.

  • You can manage all imported reviews inside Manage Reviews.
