🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Fera reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Fera
To export your reviews from Fera, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the Person with the Gear icon in your backend or navigate to Configuration.
- Under Configuration, scroll down to Review Data.
- Select Export Reviews.
- Click +New Export.
- Fill out the required field to explain why you want to export your reviews.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

In the Import Source dropdown, select Fera.

Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Fera.
Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

WiserReview will automatically process your CSV file and import all reviews.

Any linked media (photos/videos) will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.

For imports larger than 1,000 reviews, please allow extra processing time.

Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view your imported reviews.
