Connect WiserReview with Meta Shopping

This guide will help you show your product reviews from WiserReview on your Facebook and Instagram Shops using Meta Shopping.

Step 1: Go to the Meta Shopping Integration

  1. Open your WiserReview dashboard.

  2. Click on the Integrations menu on the left side.

  3. Find Meta Shopping and click the “Integration” button next to it.

This will take you to the setup screen where you can link your product data.

Step 2: Select Product ID Fields

To match your products with reviews, WiserReview needs to know which fields to use:

  1. Under Product IDs, choose the right options for:

    • GTIN – usually your barcode or product code.

    • MPN – a product number from your system (optional if you have GTIN).

  2. Select the correct field, like “Product ID” from your Shopify or store data.

  3. Click the green “Create” button when done.

This creates a special link (XML feed) for Meta Shopping to read your reviews.

Step 3: Add the Feed to Meta Commerce Manager

Now go to your Meta account:

  1. Open Meta Commerce Manager.

  2. Select your product catalog, then go to Data Sources.

  3. Click “Add Feed” and select “Scheduled Feed.”

  4. Paste the XML link from WiserReview.

  5. Set how often Meta should check the feed (daily is good).

  6. Save and finish setup.

Your reviews will now start showing on your Meta product listings!
