The Product Catalogue feature lets you upload products through a CSV file. WiserReview uses this product information to link reviews to the correct products on your reviews site.
Upload Your Product Catalogue
1. Open the Product Catalog
1. Log in to your WiserReview account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Find Product catalog under Workspace settings.
4. Click Manage.
2. Upload the CSV File
Prepare Your Product CSV File
Add one product per row. The required fields are Product ID, Product name, Product URL, and Product image URL. Optional fields include Barcode, SKU, Brand, and Language.
You can download the Sample CSV and use it as a template.
Important: Use a unique Product ID that matches the ID in your reviews. Add complete, publicly accessible product and image URLs.
1. Drop your CSV file into the upload field or click the field to select it.
2. Select the correct file encoding. In most cases, use UTF-8.
3. WiserReview will display the number of rows found in the file.
4. Click Map fields.
You can remove the selected file and upload another one if needed.
3. Map the Product Fields
Match each WiserReview product field with the correct column from your CSV file.
Confirm that these required fields are mapped:
- Product ID
- Product name
- Product URL
- Product image URL
This four feild must required.
You can also map Barcode, SKU, Brand, and Language if they are included in your file.
Check the preview beside each field to confirm that the correct data has been selected.
Click Submit when the mapping is complete.
Check the Upload Status
After submission, WiserReview will begin importing your products. You can track the file and its status under Upload history.
Once the import is complete, WiserReview can use the uploaded catalog to connect existing reviews with the correct products on your reviews site.
Use the available actions in Upload history to view the imported records, download the file, or remove an upload when allowed.
