WiserReview allows you to automatically notify customers when important review-related actions occur. You can enable, disable, and customize each email notification template from a single place.
Navigate to:

Collect Reviews → Email Sender → Configure Review Email Alerts
Click on Show settings.
Here you’ll find four notification types:
- Store Owner Replies
- Review Publish Email
- Question Answer Email Template
- Review Verification Email
1. Store Owner Replies
Send an email notification whenever you reply to a customer’s review.
Step 1: Enable Store Owner Replies

Locate Store Owner Replies and click Turn On.
This ensures customers receive an email whenever you respond to their review.
Step 2: Customize the Email Template

Click Edit next to Store Owner Replies.
The email editor allows you to customize:
- Subject line
- Email content
- Branding visibility
- Unsubscribe text
- Background color
Step 3: Preview and Test
Use the live preview panel to review the email design.
Click Send Test Email to verify how the email appears in your inbox.
2. Review Publish Email
Notify customers when their review is published on your website.
Step 1: Enable Review Publish Email

Locate Review Publish and click Turn On.
Customers will receive an email after their review becomes visible on your store.
Step 2: Customize the Template

Click Edit beside Review Publish.
You can customize:
- Subject line
- Message content
- Product link settings
- Closing statement
- Branding options
Step 3: Save and Test
Review the preview panel and send a test email before saving.
3. Question Answer Email Template
Notify customers when their product questions receive an answer.
Step 1: Enable Question Answer Notifications

Locate Question Answer Email Template and click Turn On.
Customers will automatically receive a notification when you answer their question.
Step 2: Customize the Email

Click Edit next to Question Answer Email Template.
Available customization options include:
- Email subject
- Message content
- Product name display
- Closing statement
- Branding settings
Step 3: Preview and Send Test Email
Review the email appearance using the preview panel and send a test email if needed.
4. Review Verification Email
Request customers to verify reviews submitted through review forms.
Step 1: Enable Review Verification

Locate Review Verification Email and click Turn On.
Customers will receive a verification email after submitting a review.
Step 2: Customize the Verification Email

Click Edit beside Review Verification Email.
You can customize:
- Subject line
- Email message
- Verification button label
- Closing statement
- Branding options
Step 3: Test and Save
Use Send Test Email to review the verification experience before activating the template.
