That’s the Reviews self-serve tier on the Shopify App Store. If you want the full Stamped.io platform with Lifecycle, Loyalty, and Reviews together, pricing starts at $199/month for a single product and $798/month for multi-product access.

What’s included in Basic
- In-email review collection: Customers can submit reviews straight from the request email without clicking through to a landing page.

This sounds like a small thing until you compare it to the alternative. Most review tools send an email, the customer clicks a link, a page loads, they fill out a form, and they submit.
That’s four steps. Each one loses a percentage of customers. Stamped’s one-step flow is why their response rates run higher than competitors’, even at higher price points.
If I had to pick one reason to pay for Stamped over a cheaper tool, this would be it.

How to get the most value out of Stamped if you pick it

Assuming you’ve decided Stamped is the right fit, three things will meaningfully change your ROI:
Use the in-email submission: It’s the feature you’re paying extra for. Don’t accidentally switch it off or send customers to a landing page. I’ve seen stores lose 40% of potential reviews by toggling the wrong setting.
