🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Air Reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Air Reviews

Log in to your Air Reviews dashboard.

In the left menu, click Settings → Import & Export.

Under the Export Reviews tab, choose Export to CSV.

The CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
📌 The exported CSV will include: reviewer name, rating, text, product reference, and media links.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

Go to your WiserReview Dashboard.

Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

In the Import Source dropdown, select Air Reviews.

Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Air Reviews.
Step 3: Wait for Processing

WiserReview will process your CSV file and automatically fetch any images/videos linked in the file.

If you are importing over 1,000 reviews, the process may take longer.

Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view your imported reviews.
