Import Reviews via CSV in WiserReview

Migrate reviews from any platform into WiserReview using CSV upload. Covers file format, field mapping, and bulk import steps.

🛍️ Onboarding window and Google Shopping eligibility

CSV imports are available during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To be eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed, an imported review must include an Order ID that WiserReview can verify against your store’s live transaction records. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.

See: Which Reviews Are Syndicated to Google →

Make sure your CSV includes required fields such as rating and date (in the YYYY-MM-DD format).
