🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your CusRev (Customer Reviews for WooCommerce) including text & images into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export reviews from CusRev
1. Log in to your WordPress Admin.
2. Navigate to Reviews → Import / Export (Customer Reviews for WooCommerce).
3. Open the Export tab.
4. Click Export.
5. Download the generated CSV file.
The exported file contains review details including:
- Reviewer name
- Email address
- Rating
- Review content
- Product information
- Review date
- Images (if available)
- Order ID (Required for mapping products)
💡 If your exported file contains image URLs, WiserReview will automatically download and host those images during the import process.
Step 2: Upload to WiserReview – Select CusRev
1. Open your WiserReview Dashboard.
2. Go to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.
3. Under Select Import Source, choose CusRev.
4. Click Upload CSV. 5. Select the CSV file exported from CusRev.
Step 3: Review Import Process
- WiserReview will process the file and import reviews along with media files.
- You can refresh the Manage Reviews page to see your newly imported reviews.
- If importing more than 1,000 reviews, please allow extra processing time.
