🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Kudosi (Ali Reviews) (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Kudosi (Ali Reviews)

Log in to your Kudosi (Ali Reviews) dashboard.

Go to Reviews → Import & Export (or Export tab, depending on your UI).

Choose Export to CSV and download the file.
If you do not see the Export Reviews option in your Kudosi dashboard, please contact Kudosi (Ali Reviews) support directly. Their team can help provide the export file.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

Open your WiserReview dashboard.

Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

In Import Source, select Kudosi (Ali Reviews).

Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported.
Step 3: Review Processing

WiserReview will automatically process the CSV file and import your reviews.

All linked images and videos will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.

For large imports (over 1,000 reviews), the process may take additional time.

Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view your newly imported reviews.
