🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Loox reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Loox
- Log in to your Loox Dashboard.
- Go to your “Manage Reviews” settings section.
- For product reviews, click “Export to .csv” under the Product reviews tab.
- For store reviews, click “Export to .csv” under the Store reviews tab.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview
- Open your WiserReview Dashboard.
- Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.
- In the Import Source dropdown, select Loox.
- Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Loox.
Step 3: Processing in WiserReview
- WiserReview will automatically process your CSV file and import all reviews.
- Any linked media (photos/videos) will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.
- If importing more than 1,000 reviews, allow additional time for processing.
- Refresh the Manage Reviews page to see your imported reviews.
