🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Stamped.io reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Stamped.io

Log in to your Stamped.io Dashboard.

Go to the Reviews section

Apply a filter or enter keywords to search for the reviews you would like to export.
- Once the filter/search is applied, you will see a download button appear on the page; click this button to download your selected content

The CSV will contain all review data, including reviewer details, ratings, text, product mapping, and media URLs.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

In the Import Source dropdown, select Stamped.io.

Click Upload CSV and select the file you exported from Stamped.io.
Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

WiserReview will automatically process the CSV and import your reviews.

Linked images/videos from the CSV will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.

If importing more than 1,000 reviews, allow extra processing time.

Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view the imported reviews.
