🛍️ Google Shopping eligibility
CSV imports are eligible for the Google Shopping Product Ratings feed only during your first 60 days on WiserReview (the onboarding window). To qualify, include an Order ID column in your CSV and map it during field mapping. WiserReview matches each Order ID and reviewer email against your store’s live transaction records before adding the review to the Google feed. Imports without a verifiable Order ID, or made after the 60-day window, still display on your storefront and widgets but are not syndicated to Google. Native WiserReview reviews are eligible automatically.
You can easily migrate your Ryviu reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Export Reviews from Ryviu

Log in to your Ryviu account and navigate to the Products section from your dashboard.

In the left-hand menu, go to Products → Reviews.

Look for the Export Reviews option and click Export to CSV.

Download the CSV file to your computer.
Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

In the Import Source dropdown, select Ryviu.

Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Ryviu.
Step 3: Let WiserReview Process the File

WiserReview will automatically process your CSV and import all review data.

Linked images/videos will be downloaded and hosted securely on WiserReview servers.

For larger imports (more than 1,000 reviews), processing may take additional time.

Refresh the Manage Reviews page to see your imported reviews.
