Clear Cache

  • Clear your server-side cache, browser cache, or purge any active cache plugin.
  • Visit your collection or product detail page to check if the review widget is showing.
  • The widget will display only if product reviews are available in WiserReview.

Product Review Rich Snippet

Enable Product Review Rich Snippet to add JSON-LD review schema to product pages. This helps Google understand the product rating and may show star ratings in search results.

The schema is generated only for products that already have reviews. You can use the Rich Results Test link to check whether the schema is working correctly.

Leave a Review Page

Enable Leave a Review Page to add a review option inside the customer’s My Account area. Customers can use this page to see their purchased products and submit reviews.

Copy your review form URL from WiserReview Dashboard > Forms and paste it into the Review Form URL field. The URL must start with https://rating.wiserreview.com/ and should not contain extra parameters.

You can also enable Hide the star icon next to the “Leave a Review” menu item if you want a simpler menu appearance.

If the review page does not appear under My Account, go to Settings > Permalinks in WordPress and click Save Changes to refresh the URL rules.

Step 3: Preview on Your Store

  1. Visit any product page to check: star ratings near product titles, the reviews section loaded properly, and nudges showing for products with reviews.
  2. Test collection or form submission if you’ve enabled automated review requests.

You’re all set!
