Okendo vs Stamped: which suite earns its price? (2026)

Okendo: free to 50 orders, then $19 to $499 with Google Shopping at $119 and Klaviyo at $299. Stamped: no free plan, $23 to $199 with those features included, loyalty $299 separate. Which gate hurts.

Okendo vs Stamped comparison cover with both homepages

Okendo and Stamped sell the same two jobs, reviews and loyalty, to the same Shopify stores and price them by the same metric: monthly orders. The difference is where each one puts the gates.

Okendo offers a free plan up to 50 orders, then plans at $19, $119, $299, and $499, with features increasing by tier: Google Shopping at $119, Klaviyo at $299, and API and retail syndication at $499.

Stamped has no free plan and no trial. Reviews cost $23, $99, or $199 depending on order volume, with most features included in every tier, and Loyalty is a separate product at $299.

I run WiserReview, a review tool that competes with both, so read this with that in mind. Every price below was checked against both apps’ live listings in August 2026.

Quick take: Okendo for design-led brands that will use attributes, quizzes, and its loyalty and can afford $119 or more. Stamped for stores that want reviews, NPS, and in-email submission at one price with fewer gates, and loyalty added later.

Neither runs off Shopify well, neither offers Google Seller Ratings, and both bill by orders. A store that only needs reviews can get both Google star types for $9.

What changed for Okendo and Stamped in 2026?

Okendo completed its transition to a five-product suite with matching gates, while Stamped removed its free plan, dropped overage fees, and repriced loyalty as a $299 product.

Okendo widened, then gated

Okendo now sells Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes, and Surveys on unified customer profiles, all Shopify-native down to Hydrogen headless builds.

The features moved upward as the suite grew: AI summaries and Google Shopping stars begin at Growth ($119), Klaviyo at Power ($299), API and Bazaarvoice retail syndication at Advanced ($499).

Order volume scales inside each tier, and overages are billed as credits, so the $119 sticker is a floor, not the bill.

Stamped simplified, then closed the free door

Stamped restructured in 2025 into three Review tiers by order volume, $23, $99, and $199, ended overage fees in June 2025, and removed both the free plan and the free trial.

Its Shopify listing now shows Loyalty as a separate $299-a-month product rather than an add-on.

The trade is clear: fewer gates inside Reviews, a harder door at the front.

Okendo overview: the gated suite

Okendo homepage, a five-product customer marketing suite for Shopify

Okendo, launched in 2018, serves 18,000+ Shopify brands, including SKIMS, Rhode, and Oh Polly, and holds a 4.9 rating from 1,320 merchants on the App Store. It treats reviews as one input into a customer marketing system.

What it does well: structure and polish. Customer attributes turn reviews into filterable data (fit, skin type, scent); quizzes and surveys feed into the same profiles; and the widgets pass brand review at the SKIMS tier.

Loyalty and referrals run in-suite rather than through a second vendor.

Syndication reaches Google Shopping and TikTok Shop from Growth, and Advanced adds retail syndication through the Bazaarvoice network.

Where it stops: the gates. Essential at $19 is a working demo without AI summaries, Google Shopping stars, or Klaviyo.

The tier most brands describe as running is Growth at $119, and Klaviyo alone jumps to $299. No Google Seller Ratings at any tier, and nothing off Shopify.

Ideal fit: Shopify DTC brands with real volume that will use attributes, quizzes, or loyalty, not only reviews.

Stamped overview: fewer gates, no free door

Stamped homepage, reviews and loyalty for ecommerce brands

Stamped serves brands like OLIPOP, Dr. Squatch, and OSEA Malibu and holds a 4.7 from 3,398 merchants on the App Store, the larger of the two review counts.

What it does well: what’s inside the tier. Google Shopping ratings, Klaviyo, and NPS surveys come with Reviews rather than sitting behind an upgrade.

Its in-email submission form lets a customer review without leaving the inbox, which Stamped says doubles collection rates; that’s their number, not mine.

Loyalty at $299 shares customer data with Reviews, and the Bazaarvoice retail path exists for brands that need it.

Where it stops: the front door and the top gate. No free plan and no trial since 2025, so you pay $23 to look. Video reviews, Q&A, and AI sentiment are available starting at the $199 tier.

Support for WooCommerce and BigCommerce exists but runs thinner than the Shopify app, and there are no Google Seller Ratings here either.

Ideal fit: Shopify stores that want reviews and NPS handled in a single tier with fewer surprises and may add loyalty later.

Where do the gates sit: Okendo’s tiers or Stamped’s door?

Okendo gates feature by tier and let you in for free; Stamped gates have almost nothing inside Reviews and charge at the door. Which one hurts depends on your volume and your feature list.

A 300-order store that wants Google Shopping stars and Klaviyo pays Okendo $299 (Power) or Stamped $99 (the 1,000-order tier). Same two features, three times the bill.

A 40-order store testing reviews pays Okendo nothing and Stamped $23, and Okendo’s free plan is a real product, not a countdown.

A 3,000-order store wanting video reviews pays Okendo $119 on Growth or Stamped $199, because video sits on Stamped’s top tier and on every Okendo paid plan.

Stamped’s own comparison page makes the 5,000-order case: Okendo Reviews at $499 vs. Stamped at $199. That math holds for a store that hits Advanced; it doesn’t describe the $119 store most brands run.

Okendo vs Stamped pricing and features side by side

Both price by monthly orders, but Okendo scales within each tier and gates features upward, while Stamped sets caps per tier and keeps most features in each one.

Okendo pricing

Plan Cost What it includes
Free $0 Up to 50 orders a month, request emails, core widgets
Essential $19/mo Review basics; no AI summaries, Google Shopping stars, or Klaviyo
Growth $119/mo AI summaries, Google Shopping, TikTok Shop, Q&A
Power $299/mo Klaviyo, email and SMS integrations, multi-store syndication
Advanced $499/mo API access, Bazaarvoice retail syndication, dedicated CSM

Order volume scales inside each tier; overages are billed as credits, and Okendo publishes no fixed caps, so treat each price as the entry point for that tier. Loyalty is priced separately. Full gate map in our Okendo pricing breakdown.

Stamped pricing

Plan Cost What you get
Reviews, 200 orders $23/mo Reviews, photos, NPS, in-email submission, Google Shopping, Klaviyo
Reviews, 1,000 orders $99/mo Same feature set, higher cap
Reviews, 5,000 orders $199/mo Adds video reviews, Q&A, and AI sentiment
Reviews, 20,000+ orders Custom Quote
Loyalty $299/mo Separate product shares customer data with Reviews

No free plan, no trial, no overage fees since June 2025, and roughly 20% off on annual billing. Tier detail in our Stamped.io pricing breakdown.

WiserReview pricing

Plan Cost What’s included
Starter $9/mo 1,000 review requests, photo and video, widgets, rich snippets, Seller Ratings
Pro $19/mo 3,000 requests, unlimited published reviews, testimonial forms, team seats
Pro + AI $31/mo 5,000 requests, AI replies, sentiment, summaries, translation

Billed by review requests sent, no order meter, no overage fees, yearly billing takes about 3 months off, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

The feature split beyond price: Okendo wins attributes, quizzes, and widget polish; Stamped wins NPS, in-email submission, and Klaviyo without a gate; WiserReview wins Seller Ratings, WhatsApp collection, and platforms neither of them serves.

Okendo vs Stamped for loyalty

Okendo’s loyalty lives within its suite, on the same customer profile as Reviews and Quizzes; Stamped’s is a $299 product that shares data with Reviews. Both are real programs, and both cost more than the reviews they sit next to.

If loyalty is the reason you’re choosing, compare the two loyalty products directly rather than letting the reviews decision drag it along. Our Judge.me vs Stamped.io and Okendo vs Judge.me comparisons cover the reviews-only case each one loses to.

Where WiserReview fits: reviews without an order meter

WiserReview homepage, product reviews across ten ecommerce platforms

WiserReview is my product, so judge this section accordingly. It exists for the stores this comparison leaves out: the ones that only need reviews, run off Shopify, or want a bill that doesn’t move with order count.

What it does: sends review requests by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and QR code after purchase, so only real buyers respond. Reviews display in 18+ widgets with photo and video on every plan.

WiserReview review management dashboard

It syncs product rich snippets, Google Shopping ratings, and Google Seller Ratings, the star type neither Okendo nor Stamped offers, and runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, Magento, PrestaShop, and headless builds.

Where it stops: no loyalty, no quizzes, no NPS, no customer accounts, so it doesn’t replace either suite’s second job. No free plan either, just a 7-day trial, so Okendo’s free tier wins the zero-budget test outright.

Ideal fit: stores that want reviews handled completely for $9 to $31 and would rather buy loyalty from a loyalty vendor. Spec sheets: WiserReview vs Okendo and WiserReview vs Stamped.io. Moving off Okendo? The export guide covers what carries over.

Wrap up: Which suite earns its price?

Okendo earns $119 or more when you use the suite around the reviews. Stamped earns $23 to $199 when you want the review features without having to climb for them. Neither earns anything for a store that only needs reviews.

Choose Okendo if you’re a Shopify DTC brand with volume, attributes, and quizzes that will feed your marketing, and the free plan gives you a no-risk start.

Choose Stamped if you want Google Shopping, Klaviyo, and NPS in one tier from day one; you can skip the trial, and loyalty is a later decision.

Choose neither if the job is reviews and both Google star types. That’s a $9 job, on Shopify or off it, and the money you save covers a real loyalty product if you ever need one.

Write down your monthly orders and the three features you’ll use in month one. Put them against each ladder above, and the bill decides.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about this topic

Start with your monthly orders and the three features you'll use first. Okendo lets you in free up to 50 orders, then gates Google Shopping stars at $119 and Klaviyo at $299, so it earns its price when you'll use attributes, quizzes, and its loyalty. Stamped has no free plan or trial but includes Google Shopping, Klaviyo, and NPS from $23, so it earns its price when you want those features without climbing tiers. If you only need reviews, a $9 tool like WiserReview covers both Google star types without an order meter.
Okendo does: its free plan covers stores up to 50 orders a month with review request emails and core widgets, and it's a standing plan, not a trial. Stamped does not. It removed both its free plan and its free trial in the 2025 restructure, so the cheapest way in is the $23 a month tier for up to 200 orders. For a store testing reviews for the first time, that difference is the whole decision.
At 1,000 orders Stamped's Reviews tier is $99 a month with Google Shopping ratings, Klaviyo, NPS, and in-email submission included. Okendo's Growth tier is $119 for Google Shopping stars and AI summaries, but Klaviyo needs Power at $299, and order volume scales inside each tier with overages billed as credits. So the like-for-like bill for stars plus Klaviyo is roughly $99 on Stamped against $299 on Okendo. Video reviews flip it: included on Okendo's paid plans, $199 tier on Stamped.
Both run real loyalty programs, priced separately from reviews. Okendo's loyalty is one of five products on a shared customer profile with reviews, quizzes, surveys, and referrals, which suits brands that will use the whole suite. Stamped's Loyalty is a standalone $299 a month product that shares customer data with its Reviews product. If loyalty is your deciding factor, compare the two loyalty products on their own terms rather than letting the reviews decision carry it.
No. Both syndicate product ratings to Google Shopping (Okendo from its $119 Growth tier, Stamped on every tier), but neither is a Google Seller Ratings source, so neither can put the aggregate star rating on your Google Search text ads. Tools that do include Seller Ratings, such as WiserReview from $9 a month, cover both star types; a store running Search ads should check this row before choosing.
For reviews only on Shopify, Judge.me runs free or $15 flat. For reviews on any platform with both Google star types, WiserReview runs $9 to $31 by review requests with no order meter. For a full suite with loyalty and quizzes, Yotpo and Stamped are the closest matches. Our full ranked list with verified 2026 pricing is in the 12 Best Okendo Alternatives post linked in the Okendo overview above.
