how to install Wiserreview for Bigcommerce store

Follow these three simple steps to install WiserReview and start showcasing customer reviews on your BigCommerce store.

Step 1: Install WiserReview from the BigCommerce App Marketplace

1. Log in to your BigCommerce store and navigate to the Apps section on the left sidebar.

2. Click on App Marketplace.

3. In the App Marketplace, search for WiserReview.

4. Click on the WiserReview app to open its details.

5. Click the Install button on the right side of the screen.

   Note: By clicking “Install,” you’ll agree to the BigCommerce Terms of Service and WiserReview privacy policies.

Step 2: Review Permissions and Confirm Installation

1. After you click “Install,” you’ll be prompted to review the permissions WiserReview needs. These include access to orders, products, and customer information.

2. Read through the permissions and click the Confirm button to allow WiserReview access.

3. You’ll need to enter your store password to complete the installation.

Step 3: Complete Onboarding and Setup

1. Once installed, you’ll be redirected to the WiserReview Dashboard.

2. Follow the onboarding guide to set up your review widget, branding, and notifications. This guide will walk you through each step to configure your reviews properly.
