Log in to PowerReviews and export all reviews as CSV. You want fields for: review text, star rating, reviewer name, review date, product SKU, photos, and verified buyer status.

If your account manager is unhelpful, file a formal data export request. Under most contracts, you own the review data.

Step 2: Pick your new platform and pull widgets off your site

Don’t try to run two platforms in parallel for long. It creates duplicate reviews and SEO confusion.
