How to Use the Nudges Widget (Ecommerce)

The Nudges widget highlights your best reviews in a subtle popup format to increase trust and drive conversions. It’s designed to display short, impactful testimonials where your visitors make buying decisions — like product pages or checkout flows.

How to Add the Nudges Widget

  1. Go to Widgets in WiserReview

  2. Scroll to Nudges and click Manage

  3. Select reviews to feature or apply filters (tags, products, star rating)

  4. Choose layout, animation style, and behavior settings

  5. Customize color, position, and display rules

Nudge Installation

If you haven’t added the WiserReview pixel to your site:

  1. Add this in your site’s <head>:

2.  Paste the following <div> wherever you want the carousel-style nudge to appear (typically on product pages):

Replace {{product.id}} with your platform’s dynamic product ID:

  • Shopify: {{ product.id }}

  • WooCommerce: <?php echo $product->get_id(); ?>

  • Custom platforms: Use your internal product ID variable
