If you need to update the email address associated with your WiserReview account, follow the steps below.
For security reasons, email change requests must come from the currently registered email address.
Step-by-Step: Requesting an Email Change
1. Log in to the email account currently registered with WiserReview.
This ensures we can verify your identity and authorize the change.
2. Compose a new email with the subject line:
Request to Change WiserReview Account Email
3. In the body of the email, include the following details:
- Your current registered email address
- The new email address you would like to switch to
- Your WiserReview Workspace name (optional but helpful)
4. Send the email to:

You will typically receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days once your request is reviewed and processed by our support team.
