Connect WiserReview with Interakt to send Whatsapp message

Step 1: Interakt Integration

  1. Click the Integration tab in the left-side menu.
  2. In this tab, you find WhatsApp Interakt. Click on the edit button.

Step 2: Secret Key Setup

  1. Where do you need a Secret Key from Interakt
  2. Log in to your Interact account.
  3. Click on the left side profile page and select Developer Settings.

Here you can find Interakt Secret Key

  1. Click on the copy button

Paste this Secret Key into the WiserReview Interakt integration pop-up, then click the Create button.

Once you add Secret Key in WiserReview you can see option to add template name option.

Step 3: Template Configure

You can find the template list in the Iteraact dashboard

  1. Go to your Interakt dashboard and visit the template page.
  2. Where can you find a list of templates.
  3. You have to copy the template name.

Give a remark and paste your template name in WiserReview and click on the create button.

Once you create a template in WiserReview, you know you have to map data by clicking on the template list.

Step 4: Variable Mapping & Message Sending

Here is sample data we offer to map in Interakt.

What Each Variable Represents

In this template:

  • {{1}} → Customer Name
  • {{2}} → Product or Order Item
  • {{3}} → Store Name / Company Name

When a message is sent, the system reads each row of the CSV file and inserts the corresponding values into the message.

Here, you can map data as you want, send it in a WhatsApp message, and add multiple values in the body field by clicking the add button.

Once your flow is set up with all necessary actions, we start sending data as you set up.
