Import Reviews from Junip via CSV

You can easily migrate your Junip reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Export Reviews from Junip

1) Log in to your Junip Dashboard.

2) Navigate to the Reviews page in Admin.

3) Click Export on the top righthand corner

4) Save the downloaded CSV to your computer.

Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

  1. Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  3. In the Import Source dropdown, select Junip.

  4. Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Junip.

Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

  • WiserReview will automatically process the CSV file and import all reviews.

  • Linked media files (photos/videos) will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.

  • If you are importing more than 1,000 reviews, allow extra time for processing.

  • Refresh the Manage Reviews page to see your imported reviews.
