Import Reviews from Reviews.io via CSV

You can easily migrate your Reviews.io reviews (including text & images) into WiserReview using the Import Reviews module. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Export Reviews from Reviews.io

  1. Log in to your Reviews Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings >> Export Reviews
  3. Download and save the CSV file to your computer.

Step 2: Import CSV into WiserReview

  1. Open your WiserReview Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Manage Reviews → Import Reviews.

  3. From the Import Source dropdown, select Reviews.io.

  4. Click Upload CSV and choose the file you exported from Reviews.io.

Step 3: Processing in WiserReview

  • WiserReview will automatically process your CSV file and import reviews.

  • Any linked media (photos/videos) included in the CSV will be downloaded and securely hosted on WiserReview servers.

  • For larger imports (over 1,000 reviews), processing may take additional time.

  • Refresh the Manage Reviews page to view your imported reviews.
